Dental Nurse

Lucy Atkinson

Lucy has been a dental nurse at the practice since February 2016.

She says that she is the shortest and most diplomatic member of the team ! She is best known for being a crazy cat lady because there's never a time she's not talking about her children ( cats) - Cleo and Millie !

She is bubbly, sociable and friendly and always loves to help people.

Jess West

Jess has been working as a dental nurse for 2 and a half years now has worked in both private and a busy NHS practices and gained a lot of experience and skills from working in both.

She says she absolutely loves her job since it involves meeting all different kinds of people from all walks of life. She is a busy mum of 3 and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her children, loves to go for walks in the countryside and cooking.

Les Burton

Les has worked as a dental nurse for just over 40 years, qualifying in 1980 at Birmingham Dental Hospital.

Having worked in surgery for many years, she now enjoys covering mainly reception duties at our Heath Hayes practice but does also work in the surgery when needed.

She is married with two sons, and has a young grandson who she loves to spend time with.

Sally Spence

Sally began her career in 1973 at the Birmingham Dental Hospital where she gained her dental nurse qualification.

She joined the practice in 1995 and is now a senior nurse/receptionist/administrator looking after the smooth functioning of the twin practices.

She is married with 2 daughters and in her spare time enjoys baking, walking and camping.

Sandra Bryant

Sandra has worked at the practice for over 25years.

She is very caring in nature and has an excellent relationship with our patients old and new.

She is dedicated to ensuring the best patient care is delivered.

Her strengths are her experience, good organisational and communication skills.

In her time she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchild, keeping fit and long walks with her dog.

Hannah Allsopp

Hannah has been working here for three years and qualified here in November 2015.

Hannah mainly works in the surgery but has been spending more time on the reception desk.

In Hannah's spare time, she enjoys shopping with her friends and going on holidays.

Leah Smith

Leah has been nursing for three years and has recently qualified as a dental nurse after completing her Diploma in Dental nursing.

She mostly enjoys working in surgery assisting the dentist and greeting patients on the desk.

In her spare time Leah enjoys competing her horse all over the country, jogging, spending time with her friends & shopping with her boyfriend!
